Tracy's Roots Are Local

I grew up in Calgary and then moved on to an acreage property where I grew to love rural living. Real estate runs in my blood—my grandmother was an agent, my mom loved renovating and flipping homes, and my dad was passionate about photography. That blend of design, vision, and visual storytelling eventually led me to open my own photography studio in 1989.

Working with builders, I photographed countless homes and found myself drawn to the beauty and potential of each space. By 1995, I’d settled in Okotoks, embraced the local lifestyle, and decided to make real estate my full-time career.

Today, my background in photography and renovation is a huge asset. Professional images, expert staging, and renovation insight help my listings stand out—long before TV shows like Fixer Upper made it trendy. Over the years, clients have remembered me for the “incredible yard” or “amazing kitchen” on a listing, and I love hearing those stories.
